A: We own a factory and produce customized metal products.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: We have two ways of delivering the products, one way is delivering by sea which normally takes 30 days and the second way is to deliver by air which is comparatively fast so it takes almost 15 days.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we offer samples for free but the customer has to pay for the delivery charges only.
Q: How do you ship the goods?
A: We have our cooperation forwarder, they can deliver the goods to you in very short time with competitive price, and you can ship by your own agent as your convenience.

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T + 50% Mold Fees in advance, balance before shippment.
